DIRECTV just released the latest version of the iPhone App, and we think you’re going to like it. If you have an iPad and you recently updated the DIRECTV App for that device, you’ll notice that the  iPhone App has a very similar look and feel. • A new Menu brings together all the content available on DIRECTV and all of the app’s features into a single location, so navigating the app is easier than ever.
• New sections for TV Shows and Networks have been added to make finding your favorite shows easier.
• New filter options in each section let you filter what’s available on your iPhone and what’s available on your TV
• When you select a program, you’ll see a brand new design that shows you at a glance all the devices the program is available on.
• You can choose where to watch a program—on your iPhone or on your TV—from a single Watch button.
